This central portion of the screen is the source code area. For each topic in the overview, it presents you with the source code of a small Laszlo application.
You can experiment with the code and make changes. When you press the Update button, the application is recompiled and you can see the results of your changes in the running application area. You can press the Reset button to go back to the original version of the application.
